At an engagement in Wales, the Queen was heard expressing irritation by the lack of progress on climate change as she criticises those who "talk but don’t do" ahead of COP26.
It was the monarch’s first engagement in the country in five years, as she officially opened the sixth term of the Senedd in Cardiff.
Dressed head to toe in pink and again carrying a walking stick, Her Majesty, 95, arrived in the city accompanied by the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, accompanied by a 21-gun salute.
