ENSURE QUALITY, CREATE A CHECKLIST BEFORE BASELINING YOUR SCHEDULE IN MS PROJECT

In this video, I create a hyperlink to a MS Project schedule checklist to ensure the quality of our schedule inputs before we baseline the schedule. It is difficult to remember all the things we need to check and by having a checklist template we can ensure that we don’t miss something that will cause us problems later on in the project.
