The rich viticultural tradition of Cyprus has been kept alive for 6000 years now. Through 7 different exciting wine routes, you can experience Cypriot hospitality and be introduced to the world of the indigenous varieties of our island and many more.
Xynisteri is the most important indigenous, white variety of Cyprus and the most widely grown, from which the majority of Cypriot whites are produced, as well as Commandaria (in combination with Mavro) and Zivania. Light white wine that you can enjoy with legumes and seafood, but also as an aperitif.
