STAND IN TRAFFIC: Cop Forces Driver to Stand In Traffic w/Hands Behind Head

I can’t imagine that any part of their training insist on them talking to the driver while standing in the street with hands above head. But here we are. None of this makes sense.

This is because they left a sandwich shop and forgot to turn on their lights. So the officers pulled them out of the car, searched the car, and made the driver keep his hands behind his head.

The reason the cops made him stand in the street is because he did not want to driver talking about what happened to me being that. I have filed multiple complaints against these officers.
