Specific Person: Is There a NO CONTACT RULE?

Is there a no contact rule when it comes to your specific person? I have to say that it all depends on you and your feelings when it comes to this person. Can you handle no response or a response that isn’t what you are hoping for? If the answer is yes then you may be in a better feeling state anyway. The time to continue with no contact is when you feel that you need this particular person in your life to make you whole.
