แมสเสจปริศนาจาก “ไลลา” ดาวโรงเรียนที่ฆ่าตัวตายเมื่อห้าปีก่อน ถูกส่งให้กับอดีตเพื่อนร่วมชั้นมัธยมปลาย รุ่นพี่ และน้องสาวของเธอ ทุกคนต่างสงสัยว่าแมสเสจนี้ถูกส่งมาได้ยังไง ในเมื่อไลลาได้เสียชีวิตไปนานแล้ว….
พวกเขาทั้ง 12 จึงกลับไปที่เกาะร้างแห่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่ที่ไลลาเสียชีวิตเมื่อห้าปีก่อน… เพื่อไว้อาลัยให้ไลลา และหาความจริงว่าใครคือคนที่ส่งแมสเสจมาเล่นตลกกันแน่….
แต่ยิ่งเข้าใกล้ความจริงมากเท่าไหร่ พวกเขาก็ยิ่งค้นพบอดีตที่โหดร้าย ความลับอันดำมืดของคนที่พวกเขาเรียกว่า “เพื่อน” จนทำให้เกาะร้างแห่งนี้…. กลายเป็นเวทีละเลงเลือด….
