Ingredients:
for the dough:
warm milk - 220 ml (7,43 fl oz)
yeast - 6 g (0.21 oz)
sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
Hydrate the yeast for 15 min
flour - 500 g (17.64 oz)
salt - 7 g (0.25 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
TO LEAVEN 40 minutes
for the filling:
pressed cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)
cabanossi sausages - 150 g (5.3 oz)
ham- 150 g (5.3 oz)
grease with egg - 1 piece
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
