I sewed most of my clothes in 2020 and here's how | sewing 101 for beginners

Hey everyone, it’s Kelly! For this video I decided to share with you all how I got started with sewing and garment construction last year in 2020. I started sewing last year in March and have made quite a few beautiful pieces (if I may say so myself). I guess this could be considered a beginner’s guide to sewing and garment construction, with an overview of all the different elements involved. I go through what sewing machine to get, handy sewing supplies and tools, what fabric to get, where to begin and sewing patterns and how to sew your garment together.

Let me know if any of the tips were somewhat helpful and if you would like for me to go into more depth for one of the sections.

Apologies about the inconsistencies in the audio. At the moment, I do not have a microphone and basically dependent on my camera for sound quality. I am also at home with my family for a bit so there will be some background noise now and then.
