I Found a Top-Floor NYC Penthouse… But No Elevator?

This Super Cool penthouse has everything, even a Private Roof Deck, but unfortunately this manhattan masterpiece doesn’t have an elevator which i thought was kinda weird, especially considering the price. Oh well, there’s nothing else on the market like this and because this place is so large and so unique, its going to get snapped up that is for sure.
