Clean and wash 4 medium bangamary fillets (any fish would work)
Add 1/2 tsp salt
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper
Add 1/2 tsp paprika powder
Slightly dust the fish and fry until golden brown on both sides
Let fish cool before breaking them up into small pieces
Add 4 green onions finely chopped
Add 1 red onion finely chopped
Add 4 mari wirrie peppers finely chopped
Add 1 small grated carrot
Mix well and set aside
Pastry dough
3 cups of flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup crisco shortening
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup of iced cold water
Mix to a dough and leave in fridge for at least 1/2 an hour
Cut small pieces of dough and roll them out to small circle
In the centre add fish filling and brush the edges with eggs wash
Fold dough in halves and seal edges with a fork
Bruh pastry with egg wash and add to a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes
