It’s DAY 17 of our FOCUS program and I am so pumped for you to crush this tabata workout with me! Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 20 seconds at a time and complete 3 rounds of each exercise. We will superset a strength move three times. After we complete all 12 exercises, we will complete 3 compound exercises for 4 rounds of 20 seconds!
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells, so grab dumbbells that work for you!
